Heng W.

In their later role, they were responsible for leading the customer service team for the DACH region as the Customer Service Manager. Heng successfully managed the department and ensured the efficient resolution of customer issues.

In 2022, Heng joined SOFARSOLAR as a Service Manager for Europe. Heng effectively managed the service operations and played a key role in improving customer satisfaction. Currently, they are employed at EcoFlow as the Head of European Service, a position they assumed in 2023.
