Flavio Seferi's work experience begins with their role as a System Test Engineer e-Mobility at EcoG, starting in January 2023. In this position, they are responsible for creating system test cases for various EVSE (Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment), documenting results, and reporting bugs to the development team. Flavio also performs hardware wiring of EVSE.

Before joining Star Charge Europe GmbH, Flavio served as a Photovoltaic System Designer at Panele Besi Shpk from September 2019 to August 2020.
Their earliest work experience was with Lampucci Impianti S.r.l as an Electrician Assistant from June 2018 to October 2019.
Flavio Seferi has an extensive education history in the field of energy engineering. Flavio began their academic journey in 2015 at the Università di Pisa, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Energy Engineering. Their undergraduate studies lasted for four years, and they successfully completed their degree in 2019.
To further enhance their knowledge and skillset, Flavio Seferi proceeded to pursue advanced education by enrolling in multiple Master of Science programs. Starting from 2020, they joined LUT University, where they focused on Energy Conversion. Simultaneously, they also attended Leibniz Universität Hannover, specializing in Energy Technology. Furthermore, they pursued another Master of Science degree at Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, with a field of study in Power Plant Engineering.
