Floris Jansen

Floris Jansen has been serving as an Adviseur ecologie and Projectleider natuurtechniek at Ecogroen since September 2019, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Projectleider and Adviseur gebiedsontwikkeling at Provincie Utrecht from March 2015 to August 2019, where responsibilities included implementing nature and recreation plans, managing permits, and coordinating with stakeholders. Prior to this, Floris worked at Dienst Landelijk Gebied from February 2005 to February 2015 as a Medewerker Gebiedsontwikkeling, focusing on project preparation and execution related to nature development, water, and recreation. Additionally, from June 2011 to December 2014, Floris was involved in project management for nature development projects through a secondment at Goois Natuurreservaat. Floris holds a Master’s degree in Forest- and Nature Conservation from Wageningen University & Research and a Bachelor of Science in Nature and Landscape Technology from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences.
