Marcel Rakowski

Marcel Rakowski serves as the Wiceprezes at PolKa - Polska Kaucja since December 2023, focusing on implementing a deposit system in Poland. As the CEO and co-founder of Ecoloop Group since September 2023, Marcel Rakowski is engaged in operational and technological solutions for deposit return systems (DRS), extended producer responsibility (EPR), and product returns. Previously, Marcel Rakowski held the role of Executive Vice President Corporate Development at Reverse Logistics Group from February 2014 to August 2023, contributing to business development and innovation in circular economy initiatives. Additional experience includes establishing operations in India, business development in EMEA and Asia, and roles at Accenture and IBM. Marcel Rakowski holds an MSc in Finance from Maastricht University and an Executive Education degree from IESE Business School.
