Chloë Thomas

Chloë Thomas is an experienced professional in the eCommerce sector, currently serving as Editor in Chief at eCommerce Tech since July 2023, focusing on fostering relationships with key industry players and assisting eCommerce founders and marketers in finding optimal technology solutions. Chloë has been the Podcast Host and Author at eCommerce MasterPlan since May 2012, dedicated to providing insights and strategies for eCommerce business owners. Previous positions include Founder and Managing Director of Digital Gearbox for nearly a decade, Head of e-Commerce at Ardington Ltd, Direct Communications Manager at Retail Variations, and Marketing Manager at Barclays Bank. Chloë holds a BA(Hons) in Modern History from the University of Oxford, alongside Professional Diplomas in Marketing from CIM.
