Robert Marsicek

Robert Marsicek has extensive work experience in the collections industry. Robert started their career in 1998 at Gila - A Navient Company, where they worked as a Collector in the Municipal Services Bureau business unit. Robert contacted customers to discuss repayment of outstanding fines, fees, and judgements on behalf of over 200 cities and municipal courts.

In 2003, Robert joined EZCORP as a Collector. Robert reviewed past due accounts, contacted customers, and educated them on repayment options. Robert proposed the Western Union Quick Collect payment processing program to the management team, which was successfully deployed. Throughout their time at EZCORP, Robert held various roles, including Collection Supervisor and Sr. Collection Manager in the National Call Center. In these positions, they managed collector teams, partnered with the Dialer Manager to create effective call campaigns, and aligned best practices between the central collection team and store teams.

Since 2018, Robert has been working at eCommission as the Director of Billing. Robert'sresponsibilities include overseeing billing operations and managing the team.
