Lois Duan

Lois Duan is an experienced Project Management Specialist, with expertise in the events services and hospitality industry. They served as the Director of Client Success and Account Director at EcommOps from 2020 to 2023, where they focused on high-end advisory services within the E-Commerce value chain. Prior to that, they held positions at VOK DAMS Agency for Events and Live-Marketing and worked as a tour guide and leader with the China International Travel Service Group from 2007 to 2010. Lois holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Xi'an International Studies University, which they obtained in 2007.
