At EcomPillar, we help ecommerce brands build, grow, and scale with confidence.
EcomPillar is founded by Jasmeet Bhamra and Prafull Chaturvedi — two senior marketplace leaders with a combined 17+ years of hands-on experience across retail, marketplace, B2C, B2B, and full P&L ownership at India's largest ecommerce platform. Together, they managed a combined ₹5,000Cr+ in portfolio — and worked with hundreds of brands across every stage of the ecommerce journey.
We work with brands at every stage — whether you are launching your first product, expanding to new marketplaces, or optimising an existing operation for profitability.

What we do:
▪ Future-Back Brand Brief — Brand positioning, architecture, and go-to-market strategy
▪ Launch Readiness Review — End-to-end marketplace launch and growth execution
▪ Annual & 3-Year Growth Planning — Long-term strategy and scaling roadmap
▪ Risk & Resilience Mapping — Competitive diagnostics and profitability optimisation
▪ Growth Loop — Sustained performance through advertising, ops, and demand generation

We are not consultants with a slide deck. We are operators who've owned the outcomes — and we navigate alongside you.
