Lars Nederberg

Lars Nederberg is a Master of Business Administration graduate from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) with over 15 years of experience in HR and organizational development. They have worked closely with leaders across both private and public sectors, leading large change processes and implementing HR tech solutions. Currently a Senior Consultant at HR-huset AS, Lars specializes in organizational development, change management, and HR strategy, while previously holding roles such as HR Manager at Scandic Hotels and HR Business Partner at Elkjøp Nordic. In addition, Lars has served on the board of Econa and has significant experience in talent management, employer branding, and fostering inclusive work environments.
