Jan Balcke

Jan Balcke currently serves as the Leiter Strategie und Organisationsentwicklung at VIRTUS Massivhaus GmbH since February 2024 and as a Member of The Supervisory Board at EconCore since January 2023. Previously, Jan held the position of Chief Operating Officer at the Agentur für Innovation in der Cybersicherheit (Cyberagentur) from February 2021 to February 2024 and was the Head of Vocational Training / HR 4.0 at Airbus from October 2006 to January 2021. Jan Balcke obtained an education at Leuphana University of Lüneburg from 1997 to 2001.
