Lois Day is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and advisory roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at IP Group plc since March 2019, Lois has focused on deep tech, cleantech, and life sciences while also chairing the AI Working Group and the Diversity & Inclusion Committee. In addition to current positions at Legal & General as a Non-Executive Director and Trustee, and at Bramble Energy Limited as a Non-Executive Director, Lois co-founded 3 Sisters Ventures to support women-focused tech solutions. An active angel investor in startups and a former Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, Lois has a strong background in investment banking with previous roles at Rothschild & Co and Morgan Stanley. Lois holds a Master of Science in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor's degree from Trinity College Dublin.
