Jonathan Locy

Jonathan Locy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jonathan currently works as a Customer Success Specialist at eConnect Global since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at RxSafe, LLC from September 2021 to April 2022. Jonathan also worked as a Technical Support Specialist at RxSafe, LLC from November 2020 to September 2021.

Before transitioning to customer success roles, Jonathan worked at the Pechanga Gaming Commission. Jonathan held the positions of Data Agent III and CSP from August 2019 to November 2020, and Surveillance Agent II and CSP from April 2014 to August 2019.

Jonathan started their career in the United States Marine Corps, serving in various roles. Jonathan was an Assistant Operations and Training Chief, Training Instructor Group at the United States Marine Corps Security Cooperation Group from December 2010 to January 2014. Prior to that, they served as a Radio Chief at the United States Marine Corps, 1st Air Naval Gun Liaison Company from March 2006 to December 2010. Jonathan was responsible for planning, installing, operating, and maintaining radio communication assets. Additionally, they supervised and trained a team of 40 members, facilitated training programs, and managed communication networks.

Jonathan's early work experience includes a role as a Field Radio Operator at the United States Marine Corps, Echo Battery, 2nd Battalion 10th Marines from March 2003 to March 2006. Jonathan also worked as a Farm Hand at White Star Dairy from April 1998 to July 2002.

From 2018 to 2019, Jonathan attended the University of Phoenix and earned a Bachelor of Information Technology degree with a focus on Cyber Security and Software Development.

During the same period, they also obtained a certificate in Advanced Cyber Security from the University of Phoenix.

In 2017, Jonathan enrolled at the University of Phoenix and completed a certificate program in Advanced Software Development.

Prior to attending the University of Phoenix, from 2014 to 2016, Jonathan studied Computer Engineering at Palomar College.

Their early education includes attending Montello Jr./Sr. High School from 1998 to 2002, although they did not earn a specific degree during that time.

In addition to their formal education, Jonathan has also obtained several certifications. In June 2023, they completed eConnect University's Admin Training, POS Level 1 and 2, and Ratings courses offered by eConnect Global. In April 2023, they achieved the Facial Recognition - Operators Level 1 certification from eConnect Global. Furthermore, in March 2022, Jonathan obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Tri-County Career Academy.

Jonathan has also completed various online courses on platforms such as Coursera. These include "The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking" in September 2020, "Python Basics" in April 2020, and "Technical Support Fundamentals" in April 2020.

Lastly, Jonathan received the OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety and Health certification from the OSHA Training Institute Education Center at CSUDH Extended Education in February 2020.
