Stéphane Bornerand

Stéphane Bornerand is currently the Directeur d'agence Secteur public at ECONOCOM, where they manage public sector accounts in Infrastructure Management Services. With prior experience as a Chef de projet at Bull and various leadership roles at OSIATIS, including Directeur d'Agence and Contract Manager, Stéphane has a strong background in overseeing IT service management transitions and consultancy. Stéphane holds a Doctorate in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing from Université Orsay, complemented by a degree in Engineering from ESIEE and a DEA in Artificial Intelligence from Université Paris Jussieu.
