Peter Lemoine

Peter Lemoine is a senior-level energy professional with 20 years of experience in public policy, consulting, and energy efficiency. They held positions such as Limited Term Economist at the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin and Senior Consultant at Enerdata. Peter has managed consulting engagements with various clients, focusing on energy efficiency, distributed energy resource program design, and policy analysis at ICF. Peter’s education includes a BA in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and an MPA in Public Policy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Currently, they are a Senior Consultant at Econoler, advancing the energy transition through the development and evaluation of energy efficiency programs.
