Alice Cook

Alice Cook is Econolite’s General Counsel responsible for partnering with the Company’s business unit leaders to enhance business strategies while managing and mitigating legal risks. Ms. Cook oversees legal affairs throughout the organization, provides internal legal guidance and support, and acts as a liaison with outside counsel. She is a member of the State Bar of Colorado and is Registered In-House Counsel with the State Bar of California.
