Ben Whitaker

Ben Whitaker is a Global Talent Acquisition Leader with extensive experience in transforming recruitment strategies and team leadership. They served as Vice President and Client Services Director at Korn Ferry from 2016 to 2022, where they led large-scale teams and developed global resourcing strategies. Currently, Ben holds the position of Vice President and Head of Client Success at ManpowerGroup. Prior to these roles, Ben managed talent acquisition for notable organizations including Philips and UCB Pharma, and played a pivotal role in Vodafone's transformation projects. Ben earned a BSc in Business Management and an MSc in Secure Electronic Commerce from Royal Holloway, University of London.
