Dean Sharp is currently the Global Director of Information Security Architecture and Engineering at ManpowerGroup, bringing over two decades of consulting experience in technology and strategic guidance. Previously, Dean held various roles, including Systems Architect at Manpower and Director of Architecture at Sensient Technologies, where they designed scalable systems and network infrastructures. Dean has worked in over thirty countries, delivering solutions that adapt technology to client needs while managing complex challenges in diverse environments. Their commitment to excellence has earned them accolades for exceeding client expectations and fostering successful team collaborations. Dean’s educational background includes time at the United States Naval Nuclear Power School as well as studies in Anthropology and Sociology at the University of Louisville.
