Heidi Idman

Heidi Idman is an experienced professional with a strong background in recruitment, marketing, and sales. Having held roles such as Recruitment Consultant and Account Manager at Elan IT Resource Oy, and Research Consultant at Rekrytointipalvelu Sihti Oy, Heidi has facilitated various client recruitment processes. At IBM, Heidi advanced through several positions, ultimately becoming GBS Sales Operations Manager, and gained significant sales and customer service experience. Subsequent roles at Unilever and RB showcased expertise in marketing management and strategy across multiple European markets. Currently, Heidi serves as Global Marketing Manager at ManpowerGroup, focusing on Talent Solutions. Heidi holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Helsinki School of Economics and a Master’s degree in Management and Organization from Hanken School of Economics.
