Kelia Castaldi

Kelia Castaldi is currently the OnSite Area Manager for ManpowerGroup, where they lead the OnSite Specialist team in the Centro Nord region, focusing on creating efficient and productive work environments. They previously held roles such as Sales & Service Representative and OnSite Implementation Manager at ManpowerGroup, managing selection processes and ensuring client satisfaction. Kelia's experience also includes formative internships at both the Ministero Affari Esteri and Affari&Servizi, where they engaged in administrative and legal tasks. They hold a Master's degree in Political Science from the Università degli Studi di Parma and a Bachelor's degree from the Università di Bologna.
