Kendra Fleming is an experienced Human Resources Partner currently serving as the VP of People and Culture. With a background in the Staffing and Recruitment Industry, Kendra has held various roles at ManpowerGroup, including Human Resources Director and Business Partner, where they focused on employee relations, recruitment, and corporate wellness initiatives. Kendra has been dedicated to enhancing workplace culture through effective HR strategies and has developed a strong expertise in managing talent and organizational performance. They continue to pursue a BA in Sociology at York University and a Human Resources Certificate at Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology.
