Luca Ferri is an independent HR consultant, life and executive coach with over 30 years of experience in Change Management, leadership development, and team building. Since 2011, Luca has operated their own consultancy while also serving as a senior trainer and advisor for various organizations. They are a TEDx speaker and have contributed to the TEDxReggioEmilia and TEDxSondrio events since 2018. Luca holds a Master's degree in Communication, Problem Solving, and Strategic Coaching from CTS Arezzo, completed in 2011.
