Mike Friedel

Mike Friedel has extensive experience in information security, currently serving as the Director of Global Information Security at ManpowerGroup since November 1998. Friedel has architected and led the largest historical cybersecurity initiative for the company, involving over 33,000 employees across 82 countries, while managing a team of 26 professionals. Prior roles include Manager of Global Information Security and Data Privacy, and Sr. Information Security Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed policy creation, vulnerability management, incident response, and compliance. Earlier experience includes working as a Sr. Security Engineer and Network Engineering Consultant at WHITTMANHART. Mike Friedel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
