難波猛

猛 難波 is a Senior Consultant at ManpowerGroup, where they have been since 2007, focusing on career development, reemployment support, and employment adjustments. They are also a certified ambassador for the Protian Career Association, and they hold positions as a board member of the Japan Psychological Capital Association and as the Secretary-General of the Human Resource Practice Science Conference. With a background in various organizations, including PHP Institute and Taiyo Planning, they have contributed to over 100 projects, assisting more than 2,000 individuals in career development initiatives. Currently, 猛 難波 teaches at Ritsumeikan University and serves as a special advisor to the NPO CR Factory. They have authored five books on topics related to feedback and employment challenges.
