Stephanie Samol, MBA, began their career at Manpower in 2012 as a Recruiter and now serves as the Client Delivery Manager in Southeastern Pennsylvania, overseeing the Greater Lehigh Valley, Berks, Lebanon, and Eastern NJ. With over 7 years of experience in workforce and talent management, Stephanie is committed to personal and professional growth, diversity, and inclusion. They hold an Associate's Degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in HRM, and an MBA in Data Analytics, all of which underscore their expertise in the field. Active in the community, Stephanie is a board member of the LGBTQ Business Counsel and the OSHA Partnership.
