Thomas LeBlanc

Thomas LeBlanc has extensive experience across various roles, predominantly within education and emergency management. Beginning as a High School Teacher of Social Studies at Elgin Independent School District, Thomas taught world geography and history from August 1998 to August 2000. Following this, positions included a Hazard Mitigation Specialist at Texas Division of Emergency Management, where responsibilities included managing federal mitigation grant projects, and a Disaster Specialist at Dewberry, focusing on emergency management guidance. Subsequent experience included analyzing FEMA flood maps as a Map Analyst at First American Flood Data Services, operating machinery at Oberthur Technologies, and currently working as a Temporary Associate at ManpowerGroup in light manufacturing. Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education (Social Studies) from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and an Associate's degree from Lane Community College.
