Tom Deberlanger is the Head of Permanent Recruitment at Manpower Group and the founder of Next Step Recruitment Belgium. With over eight years of experience in the Belgium permanent recruitment market, Tom has developed a broad network of clients and candidates after earning a Master’s degree in Business Administration from KU Leuven. Tom has worked in various roles within the recruitment sector, focusing on building relationships and meeting the needs of clients and candidates. In 2024, Tom decided to launch a Recruitment Agency, emphasizing a flexible and custom approach to service delivery.
