Paul Marks

Paul Marks, CAS, is a seasoned professional in the multifamily industry with extensive experience in media and strategic accounts. As Co-Founder of Multifamily Media Network since February 2024, Paul has been pivotal in creating a platform that connects over 85,000 industry subscribers to a curated selection of podcasts. Since February 2017, Paul has also served as the Radio Show Host and Executive Producer for Multifamily Matters, a unique weekly radio show dedicated to multifamily industry topics. In their role as National Director of Strategic Accounts at eConserve LLC since September 2016, Paul has focused on providing water conservation solutions for multifamily and senior living properties across the U.S. Previously, as Director of Strategic Accounts at WaterLogic, Inc. from January 2003 to September 2016, Paul managed irrigation water conservation for major clients, achieving significant cost savings and enhanced property values. Educational qualifications include studies at the University of Houston and the Institute of Advanced Advertising Studies.
