Ethan Conner-Ross

Ethan Conner-Ross has a comprehensive work experience in the field of consulting and planning. Ethan started their career at Visit Philadelphia in 2006 as Vice President of Research & Planning, where they worked for seven years. In 2013, Ethan joined Econsult Solutions where they held multiple positions including Director and Vice President before being promoted to Senior Vice President & Principal in July 2020. In these roles, they led internal teams to assist clients in calculating their impact, conducting market analysis, evaluating feasibility, and developing strategic plans. Their expertise spans across various sectors such as higher education, transportation, tourism, housing, and fiscal policy.

Ethan Conner-Ross pursued their education in a chronological manner starting from their high school. Ethan attended J.R. Masterman High School from 1998 to 2001. After completing high school, they enrolled at Amherst College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from 2001 to 2005. Ethan studied Political Science and History during their undergraduate years. Later on, they pursued further education at the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania. From 2013 to 2014, Ethan Conner-Ross completed their Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree, specializing in Public Policy Analysis.
