Vini Devi is a Technical Recruiter at eConsultants Inc. since May 2020, with expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, rate negotiation, and interview scheduling. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Recruiter at Randstad from July 2006 to August 2007, where responsibilities included candidate sourcing, initial screening, and coordination of client-candidate interactions for both permanent and contract roles.
