David Miles

David Miles is an experienced professional in customer service and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Services - Europe at EcoOnline Global since January 2023. In addition to this role, David has been the Head Coach for Alcester Rugby Football Club since June 2019, successfully leading the team to its highest league position and subsequent promotion. Previous positions include Operations Manager and Configuration & Support Manager at Alcumus, Application Support Team Leader at Audley Travel, and various roles within TUI, where responsibilities spanned applications support and inventory management. David's coaching experience includes notable achievements at Warwickian RFC and St Francis RFC, both resulting in successful promotions. David holds a background in maintenance from Schering Health Care and educational qualifications from Brighton MET.
