Keith Woods

Keith Woods is a data-driven renewals professional with over 15 years of experience in service and SaaS contract renewal management. They began their career at NCR in 1999, specializing in customer relations and billing management, before moving to Teradata in 2006, where they developed a passion for data-driven storytelling and project management. Over nearly two decades at Teradata, Keith held various leadership roles, culminating in the position of Director of GTM Operations Programs, before making a career pivot in pursuit of self-discovery. Currently, they serve as the Head of Renewals for North America at EcoOnline, while also pursuing coursework in business at Sinclair Community College. As of June 2024, Keith is actively seeking new opportunities to leverage their extensive experience in a renewals organization.
