Rohan Chen

Rohan Chen is a seasoned professional with experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Vice President (Tech) at Apax since 2019, Rohan holds positions on the Board of Directors for EcoOnline Global and IBS Software, both starting in 2024 and 2023 respectively. Previous roles include a business development representative at MyCase in 2022, and board memberships at MyCase and Paycor from 2020 to 2021. Rohan began a career in finance with roles as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley from 2017 to 2019, and as an Analyst in both M&A at BMO Capital Markets and at Altas Partners from 2014 to 2015. Rohan holds an MBA from Stanford University, a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, a BBA in Finance from Wilfrid Laurier University, and a certificate in Public Management and Social Innovation from Stanford University.
