Dung Phan

Dung Phan is an experienced project development manager currently working at Ecopark Group since January 2020. Previous roles include Vice Head of the Project Development Department at Eurowindow Holding, where responsibilities involved managing legal procedures for real estate projects and coordinating with various agencies. Dung Phan served as Head of Project Management at the Ministry of Construction, overseeing significant urban upgrading projects in the Mekong Delta, and began a career as an architect at the Vietnam Institute of Architecture, Urban and Rural Planning. Dung Phan's expertise is supported by a Master's degree in Architecture from Civil Engineering University and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from ispjae La Habana Cuba.
