Cesar Silva holds extensive experience in industrial maintenance and human talent management, currently serving as Presidente at Cruz Roja Colombiana UM Barrancabermeja since May 2017 and as a Profesional Integral de Talento Humano at Ecopetrol since January 2009. In addition to leadership roles, Cesar has worked in petrochemical maintenance, overseeing teams to ensure operational reliability at the Barrancabermeja refinery. Cesar has developed leadership skills as the National Coordinator for the Leadership School at Cruz Roja Nacional Colombiana since May 2018. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Universidad Santo Tomás, and degrees in Business Administration, Neurolinguistic Programming, and Industrial Productivity from various institutions.
