EcoPlan is an award winning, multidisciplinary firm of skilled and experienced community planners, communications specialists, designers, and decision analysts.

As a team, we bring extensive community engagement and planning
experience, along with a broad range of non-traditional capabilities that set us apart from more conventional firms. For over 25 years, EcoPlan has provided creative and flexible support to municipal and regional governments, Indigenous governments and organizations, provincial ministries, the private sector, and other clients in developing and implementing effective, durable solutions to the challenges they face.

In addition to our broad-based community development work, we have established ourselves as an innovative firm recognized for bringing more structured decision tools from other fields (e.g., natural resource management, negotiation science) to our work. We also have direct, practical experience in facilitating complex processes that require careful attention to competing interests and values (environmental, social, cultural, and economic). This work has been recognized with over 25 provincial, national, and international planning awards over the past 16 years.
