Dejan N. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dejan started their career as a Teaching Assistant at Petnica Science Center, where they mentored research projects and assisted with geology and water chemistry seminars. Dejan then worked as a PhD Scholar at the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, Government of the Republic of Serbia, focusing on their research in the field of science and technology.
From there, Dejan joined the Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company as a QA intern, where they gained hands-on experience in quality control and learned about the complex systems of the company. Dejan later joined the HidroGeoEko Inženjering company, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Hydrogeologist and Director of Research and Development Sector. In these positions, they were responsible for research, development, and implementing new approaches and technologies in the field.
Dejan then worked at MDPI as an Assistant Editor, contributing to the publication of scientific research. Dejan also held various roles at LeadGenius, ranging from Data Research Analyst to Senior Project Manager, where they led teams and ensured successful project delivery. At Crowdbotics, they served as a Program Manager and Delivery Lead, overseeing a large number of projects and a team of Product Managers.
Currently, Dejan is the CEO of Puzzle Project Serbia, where they lead the organization and manages its day-to-day operations. Dejan is also the Director of Project Operations at eCore Services, responsible for leading project operations and driving organizational growth and transformation.

Dejan N. has an extensive education history in the field of geology and hydrogeology. Dejan obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and Hydrogeology from the Faculty of Mining and Geology Belgrade, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Hydrogeology and Geological Engineering from the same institution, completing their studies in 2011.
Continuing their academic journey, Dejan N. enrolled at Wroclaw University's Institute of Geological Sciences in 2016 to pursue a PhD in Environmental Science, specializing in Hydrogeology. Their doctoral studies are expected to be completed in 2023.
In addition to their formal education, Dejan N. also holds various certifications and additional qualifications. These include training in ArcHydro Groundwater from Esri Polska in 2014, as well as participation in the V International Field Workshop for Young Hydrogeologists - "Intensive Groundwater Drainage" organized by the University of Silesia in Katowice during the same year. Dejan also passed the Specialist Professional Exam conducted by the Ministry of Natural Resources, Mining and Spatial Planning in 2013.
Additionally, Dejan N. has completed several courses and workshops focused on water and sediment quality assessment, risk management, and numerical modeling of karst aquifers. Dejan obtained these certifications and participated in these training programs at various institutions such as the Faculty of Science, University of Novi Sad and CKH, DIKTAS, HET.
Most recently, in November 2020, Dejan N. obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, demonstrating their expertise in project management.
