Anusha Varanasi

Anusha Varanasi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Anusha started their career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at PepsiCo India Holdings Pvt. Ltd., where they successfully implemented engineering projects and streamlined processes for increased productivity. Anusha then progressed to the role of Assistant Manager, leading a team and ensuring minimal production loss due to electrical breakdowns. Their responsibilities also included improving energy efficiency and power quality through effective maintenance practices.

After their stint at PepsiCo, Anusha joined TNO as a Researcher, specializing in semiconductors. Here, they investigated the advantages of spatial ALD and developed a process for depositing a high-quality thin film with applications in solar cells. Anusha optimized the deposition process and conducted thorough characterization of thin films to enhance their performance.

Currently, Anusha is working at Ecorus as a Project Manager. Anusha oversees project management activities and is responsible for ensuring successful completion of projects. Prior to this role, they served as a Project Engineer at the same company.

Anusha Varanasi graduated with a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology in 2013. In 2019, Anusha completed a certification as a Solar Specialist from Switch2Solar. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Organic Solar Cells - Theory and Practice from Coursera in July 2014. Anusha later enrolled in the Quantic School of Business and Technology in 2019, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2020.
