Guy Coenen

Guy Coenen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 1984, they founded Groep Coenen, specializing in commercial residential real estate. Guy also founded Be-Housing in the same year. In 2010, they co-founded Ecorus, followed by the founding of Residentie Lindehof in 2015 and Krieckaert Natuurpark Lanaken in 2018. More recently, they co-founded Go Watts in 2021 and became a co-owner of Artur interieur in 2022. Additionally, they have served as a co-founder of Value Stay since 2012 and co-owner of Tankwell | Composite Production Technology | CPT since 2017. Guy is currently a partner at Flexclinics, starting in 2023.
