Kate Roche is an experienced senior researcher and project management professional with over 14 years in consultancy and government roles, primarily within governance, security, and justice sectors. Having worked in multiple countries including Ireland, the United Kingdom, and Vietnam, Kate has also undertaken assignments across Eastern Europe, Africa, and South Asia, focusing on effective monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning systems. They have held various positions, including Associate Director at Ecorys UK and Policy Officer at Irish Aid, delivering high-quality technical assistance and overseeing research projects for prominent international clients.
