Mark Kuipers

Mark Kuipers is a Senior Consultant at Ecorys, bringing over 27 years of extensive expertise in project and financial management, strategic operations, and business administration. Mark has successfully led diverse intercultural teams on numerous development-funded projects, particularly for institutions such as the European Union and the British Department for International Development. Previously, Mark served as Chief Director at the National Treasury of South Africa, focusing on enhancing public financial management capacities. Mark holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master in Project Management and an MBA from the University of Southern Queensland.
