Nevila Como is an International Development Consultant specializing in Development Effectiveness, Policy Development, and Coordination. They have extensive experience in public administration reform, budget planning, and EU accession processes, having held key roles with organizations such as the European Commission, the World Bank, and the UNDP. Nevila provides expertise in establishing effective donor coordination mechanisms and facilitates workshops on aid effectiveness. They are also engaged in academia, serving as a lecturer in Public Administration and Policy Analysis at the University of Tirana.
