Tea Paulović

Tea Paulović is a Senior Consultant in EU Policy and Research at Ecorys, where they manage medium to large-sized research projects, focusing on policy formulation and stakeholder engagement. Having previously held roles as a Blue Book Stagiaire at the European Commission and a Financial Crime Officer at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Tea has developed expertise in behavioural economics, research methodologies, and impact assessments. They earned a Master’s degree in Human Decision Science from Maastricht University, achieving Cum Laude, and have a solid foundation in economics with both Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Zagreb.
