Vicki Donlevy

Vicki Donlevy is a Director at Ecorys, specializing in EU social policy with over 20 years of experience in research, evaluation, and management in the fields of employment, education, and inclusion. Vicki holds an MA with Distinction in Advanced European Studies from the College of Europe and a first-class MA in French & Business Studies from the University of Edinburgh. They have led significant projects for the European Commission and the ILO, focusing on areas such as youth employment, skills recognition, and migrant resilience. Previously, Vicki served as the Head of the European & International Division at RACINE, where they managed various European Social Fund initiatives and strategic projects across multiple countries.
