Masaba Job has extensive experience in customer service and information technology support, having worked as an Inbound Customer Service Representative at Airtel Uganda from September 2020 to April 2021, where responsibilities included providing exceptional care to telecom customers. Prior to that, Masaba served as an Information Technology Support Assistant at Fortune Star Technologies from January 2019 to April 2020, offering IT support services such as networking and workstation setup.
