Ina A. is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in UX research and design leadership, currently serving as Design Lead and Manager at Ecosia since January 2017. Ina has played a pivotal role in shaping design strategy, mentoring embedded product designers, and establishing research operations within the company. Prior to Ecosia, Ina was a Senior UX Designer at Carjump, where contributions included pioneering the UX processes for the car sharing aggregator app. Additional experience includes roles at Preconceive, General Assembly, and various consultancy positions with notable organizations such as Women Deliver and Fairfood. Ina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from Virginia Tech, a Master of Science in Development Economics from Utrecht University, and certifications in User Experience Design from General Assembly.
