Ralph De Jong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development and customer solutions in the coatings industry. Currently serving as Vice President of R&D and Customer Solutions at EcoSynthetix Inc. since March 2010, Ralph previously held multiple technical roles at BASF from September 1988 to March 2010, including Technical Manager for North America in Paper Coatings. Ralph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Western University, earned between 1984 and 1988.
