Adam Shelly has diverse work experience in various roles. Adam began their career as an Intern at Marvin Waxman Consulting in 2007. During their time at Washington University from 2005 to 2006, they worked as an Engineering Freshman Seminar Course Assistant.

In 2017, Adam joined Shelly Electric Co., Inc. and held the positions of VP of Operations, Project Manager, and Estimator until 2020. Currently, they serve as a Director of Project Development at Ecosystem.
