Andre Rochette

In 1993, at the age of 24, Andre founded Ecosystem in response to the need for new, bolder solu­tions for optimal energy management. Inspired by four core values—inno­vation, exceeding expectations, commitment and teamwork—Andre crafted Ecosystem’s signature approach to deliver deep energy retrofits paid for by guaranteed savings. In addition to guiding the firm’s development, Andre established efficient practices for pro­ject management based on agile methods and an innovative model called Integrated Energy Performance Contracting (IEPC). From the time Ecosys­tem was founded, aligning the interests of stakeholders and guaranteeing project performance have been of prime importance for Andre and his team. This has been the foundation of Ecosystem’s business model and the key to its continued success.
