Simon Barbe

Simon Barbe is a mechanical engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Université Laval, obtained in 2017. Since April 2017, Simon has worked as a Project Engineer at Ecosystem, where responsibilities include managing project development. Prior to this role, Simon completed a mechanical design project at Alutrec Inc from September to December 2016, focusing on defining client requirements, developing an automated cutting system with numerical control, and conducting finite element and modal analysis using SolidWorks. Additionally, experience includes an internship at Normandin Inc. in 2016, where Simon contributed to process improvement by creating maintenance plans, centralizing purchases, and developing standard work instructions.
