Stephen Caudill

Stephen Caudill has extensive experience in engineering and project management within the construction and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Regional Manager of Mid-West and Senior Construction Engineer at Ecosystem since August 2018, Stephen collaborates with clients to develop engineering designs and oversee projects from inception to completion. Prior to this role, Stephen held positions at Nucor Corporation, managing an $85 million capital expansion project, and at Cargill, where responsibilities included overseeing large capital projects and budgets for export plants. Stephen began a career at Cargill as an Engineering Intern in 2010 and later completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University in 2012.
